Our years of experience have thought us to look after our land and forests so they can look after us. We gather our truffles in some of the most fertile black soils in Eastern Europe. With the changing climate conditions looking after the forests has become a top priority ensuring that we’ll have a constant seasonal supply of fresh top quality truffles.


The truffles are packaged in cooled styrofoam containers keeping them chilled without loosing any of their qualities throughout the whole journey from the ground to your kitchen. We use DHL as our main shipping partner and always aim to get the truffles to you in the shortest time possible so you can enjoy them as fresh they can be.

It’s fascinating that for a truffle to propagate, it needs animals to eat them, which is why they let off a very pungent smell, that you either love or hate. All truffles grow underground, there are no leaves or shoots to give you a clue where you can find it, and some can even be buried up to one meter deep! If you think about it, it’s incredible to imagine that someone’s hunger was so profound that when they unearthed what looked like…well, a lump of dirt, thought “this looks good enough to eat”. However, because of that brave truffle pioneer, we now have entire seasons dedicated to these “diamonds of the kitchen”.
